1. Taking the time to chat and listen

At Athletic Body we focus on tailoring a programme to fit your exact needs.  In order to do this we need to discuss your goals, diet & nutrition, physical abilities etc...there's a lot to talk about before developing your programme!  We like to get a better idea of you and your goals so we know how to help you.

2. Postural Assessment

Personal Training at Athletic Body starts here. All new clients are required to under take a postural assessment to check posture, balance, range of motion and core function; this information is the basis of your programme.  Information gathered here will be used to create a unique programme, tailor made to you and your body.

3. Fun & Challenging

We've been in this business for over 15 years and know the importance of making training fun, interesting and challenging.  Athletic Body believe these elements to be the key to successful training.

4. Guidance & Direction

There is no quick fix to achieving your goals but we're here to help.  By helping you find out what your really want from us, we can set realistic & manageable goals and provide motivational strategies to keep you on the right path to success.
